I would not recommend anyone to be a patient here anytime soon. We’ve felt like an after thought because they don’t answer the phone, they don’t call back when you leave a voicemail, and it takes forever to be seen even when you have an urgent matter. My family is disappointed and frustrated because we don’t have a reliable source of care. Please do better.
The absolute worst...would not recommend
You'll be better off finding another PCP. Every time I've visited I've had to wait at least 40 mins before being called back to my room. They do not answer the phone nor return phone calls. They don't even respond to mychart messages or appointment requests.
Terrible service I can never get anyone on the phone. I always get a bill after service an I’m on Medicaid I give them my card an seems like I always having to clear up my bill.
