I have to shout out the staff at Cone Health Kernersville Primary Care, who helped me in a pinch today. Another local medical practice cancelled last minute, and I needed physicals completed for three children by a nearing deadline. Despite the fact that my three kids would be new patients, the staff (I think Tasha was her name!) took time to find appointments for all three in a time window that worked for us. Michael Reagan needs to learn compassion and caring. He was uncaring and came across disrespectful in person and especially in the aftercare notes. I'm thankful, I will never have to be treated by him again. This is not the level of service I am used to at this establishment.
