Michael Reagan needs to learn compassion and caring. He was uncaring and came across disrespectful in person and especially in the aftercare notes. I'm thankful, I will never have to be treated by him again. This is not the level of service I am used to at this establishment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Catherine Metheney’s for about 15 years and really appreciate her thoroughness and knowledge. She is very attentive to my concerns and quick to respond to messages through mychart. The staff at Cone Health Primary Care at MedCenter Kernersville are all great!

Dr.Thekkekandam (Dr.T) is professional, takes time to explain things, and makes you feel comfortable. He has a great bedside manner. Great experience!
