Was refused an appointment for my unborn son because I have a step-daughter. They said it was a “conflict of interest.) 1) That makes absolutely no sense at all. 2) How is that even legal? Looks like we dodged a bullet.... 😡🤯😒

Going on hour 4 in the waiting room, arrived to an empty waiting area needing post Exposure treatment to a bat in the house. Staff was rude and had no clue, vitals were taken but weight was not which is required to give treatment. raised concern with nurse and her understanding of why I was there was lost completely and explanation of time spent waiting was ridiculous, staff seem to be on autopilot exerting bare minimum effort.

So if you want to live do not go to this hospital, find another one. If you want to die. This is the perfect hospital. They will let you suffer to the degree. I experience three staff who was friendly not the lady who checked on me in to vitals was yelling and degraded me when I couldn't breath. The most sweetest people ever!! They see very sick people all day long 5 days a week. Very professional and nice!! The whole Center gives you a calming effect. That means so much to me!

My husband was in there waiting to be admitted all day with no offer of food or drink. Is that really how to treat a sick person? Also having to call over and over to get help to use the restroom. Staff having a ball of a good time right outside of our room the whole time. They could try doing what we are paying them for.

I've been seeing Dr. Lalonde here for years, and I recommend him to my friends. I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone I've dealt with at the practice has been professional and friendly, and when I went in recently, I was happy with the precautions they're taking for covid-19. The MyChart system took some getting used to, but it's really nice being able to access my records and test results through it.
