I canceled my first new patient appointment with this office after receiving their mailed packet. Firstly, there's no excuse to be asking patients to fill out detailed medical histories on paper at this stage. Secondly, the information provided was extremely off putting and unfriendly. For example they offer punitive cancelation and late policies, they specify they will file insurance "as a courtesy" like it isn't their actual job, and use weirdly unprofessional all-caps like "will NOT be prescribing ANY MEDICATIONS at this ... read more
Dr. Raulkar is AMAZING!! I have so much hope for my terrible idiopathic neuropathy in my feet and legs. She takes a lot of time with me and answers all of my questions thoroughly. She is so knowledgeable and shares about the latest research! I highly recommend her!!!

I've had great service with this practice. I see Dr Swartz and Dr Baer after my brain injury. I don't have any issues getting my medication needed.
