My neighbor bought her elderly mom to the ER. She was experiencing back pain, diarrhea and vomiting. After all that time over there. The so called professional medical team did absolutely nothing for her. They did not check to see if she had uti, because she was unable to void (they could have done a in and out cath) check for virus or any other bacteria infection...no chest x-ray knowing covid is goingaround. As a Registered Nurse this is totally unethical and unexceptable. Shame on you
A close friend sought care at Cone Health on Monday around 6:30 PM due to serious concerns about possible mold exposure. They were visibly anxious and scared about their symptoms. I arrived at cone health Hospital around 6:30 on Monday today because I was very scared and stressed out that I may have been exposed to mold. The lady at the front asked me what I was there for and I explained to her I was there to take a mold exposure test. After waiting for four hours, I was finally able to get a room. Went to the ER after being sent from UC. Staff friendly and attentive. Pulled back and triaged in appropriate timeframe. Staff knowledgeable and able to figure out what was going on and determine treatment. All of my experiences with Cone facilities have been fantastic. Would recommend to family and friends!
