Took hour and half to read xrays when there wasnt a soul in the waiting room when i came or when i left. Not busy at all just taking their sweet time.
I have now been here waiting for 5 hours to see a doctor on the results of my X-ray and I have been informed that they are wanting for a bed. I don't need a bed, just the X-ray results and next steps. I am very disappointed with Cone Health Med Center in High Point, NC. Tony K.
I previously left a glowing review for this facility, but after tonight’s experience, they deserve less than 1 star. The nursing and administrative staff were amazing, as always. However, if you see PA Joshua Geiple or MD Joshua Long, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. Both will be reported to the medical board. Despite my concerns, neither provider properly examined a bleeding area with discharge that appeared infected. The lack of care and attention was completely unacceptable and deeply concerning.
This was leaps and bounds better than my last experience with an ER. The staff was friendly and attentive and made sure I was seen as quickly as possible. They heard my needs and listened without judgment. While I still have severe anxiety with hospitals, I would consider coming back here, maybe.
