If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst ER I’ve ever been to
Every provider took fantastic care of my loved one today. From check in to triage, to the PA Savannah and nurse Micheal. Everyone dreads the ER, but I was very impressed with the staff here.
Currently been here for 4 hours and have yet to be seen. Wonder how long it’s going to take.
Took hour and half to read xrays when there wasnt a soul in the waiting room when i came or when i left. Not busy at all just taking their sweet time.
I have now been here waiting for 5 hours to see a doctor on the results of my X-ray and I have been informed that they are wanting for a bed. I don't need a bed, just the X-ray results and next steps. I am very disappointed with Cone Health Med Center in High Point, NC. Tony K.
