I think that the office personal are very good but the service lacks, regardless of your problem because they are short staffed and this goes back to top management trying to get recognized for the bottom line being and staying in the black. This goes back to trying to make the most money that they can before Obama Care totally kicks in and then they are not going to be able to pick and choose their patients regardless of their INS. Short staffed means long waits and less quality care.
