I needed to pick up some records and imaging to take with me to Baptist. Due to an ice storm followed by the snow-pocolypse of 2026, I wasn’t able to get them ahead of time as planned. The staff members at this new Cone location were pleasant and professional from the front desk through the actual scanning process for both my wife and me.
The imaging staff were amazing! I was able to get in quickly for my MRI. Donna worked with me to get it scheduled. Paylina was quick with the check in, Hope and Crystal did a great job making sure I felt at ease and quickly went over the screening questions to make sure I was okay to get the scans.
