When I tried to reschedule an appt that they made the girl told me to look at My Chart to see when the next appt was! Then she hung up on me. Called the supervisor left a voice mail to please call me, she never did! They dont fill you in on what you need to bring rhen act like it us your fault!
Thanks for the double payment taken out of my account, then claiming no payment was made. After sending me a check for over payment ....
