My provider was great, but office staff and nurses are unempathetic, unorganized, and some are downright disrespectful. Even my provider agrees that there are administration problems that are out of her control. I'm disappointed to take my needs elsewhere, but it's clear that only positive reviews are acknowledged and Cone Health is more interested in their social marketing than correcting problems that are mentioned over and over in negative reviews. I have been with Andy Mitchem for at least 6 years. He uses a great way of treament which seems new and innovative. I would highly recommend him.

I have been with Teresa Hurst for at least 10 or more years. She is the most caring and empathetic PA I've ever met. She actually cares about my well being and is always so pleasant to talk to. I have never had an issue getting any kind of medication or a message to her if needed. Also, the ladies in the office are always very nice and helpful. I hope I can continue to have her as my physician for many more years.
