My daughter had an 11 appointment. Set alarm for 45 minutes and I had to ask someone to please check and see what was going on… a nurse finally called her back. I explained that we have been there for a while and would need to reschedule the appointment because it took so long to be seen. She had a very nasty attitude which was inappropriate because we were on time they could have at the very least told us that they were running behind and gave us more options.
I wish there was an option for no stars. I just moved here from Georgia. Greensboro, NC maternal fetal care has been the utmost worst experience of my life. I’ve honestly considered the well being of my baby on several occasions all the way to the ability of the receptionist to handle her job without discrimination against the clients that come in. The staff were super amazing..OMG This was my first visit for ultrasound and I loved everything about the service. From front desk to every provider i saw- AMAZING! THANK YOU
I’ve been having a really bad experience I’ll start by saying I’m 21 weeks pregnant and haven’t seen my baby not even once, I had my anatomy on January 7 which was schedule since October 29 and since my boyfriend lives in TX we had time to plan for him to come because he really wanted to be there he got his plane ticket for January 6-8 and just a day before my anatomy they canceled my appointment and moved it for Feb 5th which seems far for me considering how far in my pregnancy I am and have concerns because there nothing t... read more
