My mother is a patient at the behavioral health facility at alamance regional. The quality of care this time and the last time has been horrible. Her nurse practitioner Nina Davis was extremely rude to me on the phone. When we spoke she kept asking me questions about my occupation and like I was out for money. When I expressed that I felt she was being hostile on the phone she hung up on me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional I would not recommend her
The doctor I’ve been seeing for years there cannot perform the standard duties of a psychiatrist. She was OK prescribing medication‘s based off someone else’s diagnosis. But when I challenge that diagnosis years later, she would not evaluate me for something else and wanted to send me somewhere for someone else to evaluate me. Why do I need to be referred somewhere else to do something that a psychiatrist is supposed to be able to do? It’s literally in their job description. My recent visit with Dr Hisada was a outstanding experience. This was my first time seeing her and she was kind, caring and very understanding.The entire staff was great and welcoming.I am truely glad to have a wonderful team like this to be my care provider.
