This emergency department is absolutely horrible. The people who call themselves doctors and nurses should be ashamed of themselves. A family member of mine was taken by ambulance last night to the ER , the nurse who was dealing with her threw the blood that they had drawn in the trash can by accident , then proceeded to DIG IT OUT of the trash and send it off. The same nurse stuck her so many times trying to get a spot for an IV , she blew out multiple veins. Got blood all over her while trying to find a vein , didn’t even ... read more
Terrible experience
Well at first everything was fine until Saturday at night I was asked too press a button on a machine when the reset button started ringing i guess nurse was tired of running back and forth so he asked me would I mine stopping the reset button so I said ok well when I realized my finger was not that strong I continued too play games on my phone and watch TV nurse Alex came running out like he's mad and started yelling at me i said hold up I don't work for your or this company then he kicked the little machine and stormed out... read more
I have completed 9 sessions with Shin-Ying Yeung in Rehabilitation Services and can’t say enough about my experience. From the from the front office to my actual PT, I encountered the kindest and most helpful people. Shin-Ying taught me so much about my own body and has given me great exercises and resources to help me to continue to improve. Highly recommend her and this entire department. Great experience.
