Absolutely terrible! This ER is either always under staffed or their team just don’t care. I was there for myself due to sharp sporadic pains in my head. My first two hours there I just watched a poor lady vomit continuously bent over in pain, she pleaded with the front desk twice nothing!! They just sat there conversation scrolling on their phones, I didn’t perceive myself to be in that much panic so I kindly left and made my primary care aware of my ct scans that were done hopefully I can make it to my appt in the morning.... read more

How do you misdiagnose a 17 year old kid with severe headaches? His death could’ve been avoided had you done proper testing AND used critical thinking skills. Your doctors and nurses are inept. All of you should have your licenses revoked. People need to ban together and sue the living crap out of this place.

Elderly patient was seen in the ED at the former ARMC in Burlington. Patient is 85 years old and on crutches.
