worst concert experience of my life. was treated so badly by the people that worked for the venue.

I've been to quite a few venues and this one was the most horrible experience I've ever had at a concert.
I went to see cradle of filth and Wednesday 13, and the venue is awesome. the bar setup is perfect being raised. the balcony is also a great view. the acoustics are great. I would DEFINITELY recommend seeing a show here!!!
great place to see a concert
Nobody answers the phone which goes to voicemail that's full and the sign says open but nobody at the theater. Door unlocked with alarm screaming. I'm screaming "HELLO" and nobody comes to greet me. If you want to buy tickets, you have to go to a 3rd party vendor who charges about 70% over ticket price. It could be a nice place if anyone actually cared and did their job. Not worth the time, energy or aggravation.
