Been going here for years. Just love the people and of course the ice creams.
I am very disappointed. I had an issue/question and asked for the manager/owner. I was told they were in the back, however I was told they were too busy to address my question. Terrible business practice to be unable to address a customers concern. Can't be bothered I guess. I am a lifelong Kenmore resident and have gone there my whole life. Sponge Candy is the absolute best. And the homemade whipped cream is to die for.

Rich King is a chocolate master and his shop is the best. I adore it and cone often. It can't be beat.
Absolutely delicious salted caramel sundae!! Very clean, very polite workers....I will be pack! Only problem, is it's too expensive!!
