I'm not sure what else to do at this point except leave a negative review. We paid for their landscaping package back in April and it is now July and no one has been out to our house. No one has tried to contact me to set up a time for service. I have called the compamy probably close to 10 times now. This company is unreliable. Waited for 10 days with no contact for sprinkler repair appointment. Was finally told on a Wed morning (two weeks after I first contacted them) a technician would arrive the next afternoon. Cancelled a dr appt for that time so I could be present and it was a no show, no call, no nothing. Don't bother.

Tried to get them to come for a quote but when they wanted to reschedule the 3rd time, I didn't feel confident that they would be here to do the work when they said they'd be here. Three strikes and you're out!

Condray hasnt shown up to remove the snow from our sidewalks, back drive and drives to our garages. Terrible service, wont answer their phones. Service was never good and has gone downhill since in the years the HOA has used them. I do have a seat on the HOA Board.

It was nice working with you, Jamie. I very much appreciated your strong work ethic, professionalism, lawn care expertise, and customer service. Just too bad we can't use your team's services here in Tucson!
