Horrible service. I have been a tenant for over a year. They have spammed my roommate and myself the same email over 8 times today, on a 10 minute increment, stating that our rent was short by a few CENTS, when it was their colleague who mistakenly provided us the incorrect amount in her email in the first place. They don't even have the decency to say, it was evidently an honest mistake. They just want the money and be done with you. Zero acknowledgement of their mistake. Wish I could have avoided any interaction with this company. After renting with them for a year, I returned the keys to the apartment and all seemed fine. When I asked for my $300 key deposit to be returned, they claimed it was used to clean the apartment, even though I had already paid them a separate $300 cleaning fee. They made claims that were completely contradictory to what was listed in the lease i had signed. Nothing I could do as they stole $300 from me.
