2 almost 3 days ago, I left my phone in a lady driver's car by mistake ( the one who is ALWAYS driving and talking SO MUCH on her phone non stop while she is driving, not yo mention, she almost crashed into another vehicle when my family and I were with her in yhe car, but when I got out ...I realized I left my phone in her car after she drove off. Hoy pedí un taxi y el operador que me atendió, que era un hombre, me atendió de una forma grosera. No dije nada en su momento porque me urgía un taxi, pero en verdad que poco me faltaba para hablarle de la misma manera. Ojalá puedan arreglar eso, porque no es nada agradable tener una mala experiencia con esta compañía que llevo años ocupando sus servicios, gracias.
My mother got a dropped off by a driver last night and left her phone in the car, called her phone to receive it back and the driver told her that he was coming back around the corner to drop it off because he knew that it was in the car and was not trying to give my mother her phone unless she gave him $5 she called the company to let them know what she went through and the female on the phone laughed as if it was an joke. Left me in the rain , couldn’t find the address I was at, I told him I’m wet and cold outside waiting and the driver said that he was wasting gas looking for me.. very unprofessional and very disrespectful, and would never use this company ever again
