Avoid this company at all costs, they almost killed my family with a gas leak in the furnace. They said they did work but never cleaned or checked anything. Very scary filing a claim with the BBB and the state for this shotty company. The owner of Condor, Mike said it was BS. I had another HVAC company come out and cleaned and fixed the furnace. These guys are fantastic! They showed up on time and completed the job on budget. I hired them to remove and replace all of my duct work in my basement to have a new beam put in. I also had them help out my husband with replacing the blower on the furnace in our rental. They are fair and honest. We almost got ripped off by another company that literally lied to me, telling me that my furnace was totaled when all it needed was a blower motor. Being an HVAC tech I was appalled by the commercial work they performed. I went to a business I patronized, and I saw that the supply and return duct work were inches from another. This will cause a recylcle of any and all conditioned air, heat or a/c. RTU's are hard to lose this poorly on, and if you have a boiler, forced air system or anything, don't call these guys. Work is an atrocity, the worst, possibly.
