DONT DO IT! – This place is a train wreck. If you ever want anything fixed...dont count on it. The maintenance men duck tape leaky drains, calk up mold in bathrooms, and nothing ever really gets fixed properly. The "model" apartment was beautiful, but obviously disbelieving. I would not recommend a basement apartment. We had water coming in through our bedroom wall, which made it smell and very moist and sticky. A dehumidifier had to run at all times because of the moisture. I contacted them many times about the water issues... read more
" Terrible Place to Live " – Where do I start, well if you don`t mind not getting your security deposit back when you move out, and if you don`t mind no maintenance on your apartment, and kids playing around your vehicle in the parking lots and scratching and denting it, also loud parties then this is the place for you. If you want good service and a quiet place to live where you don`t have to worry and feel unsafe, then look else where.
