It's unfortunate that I had to give a star, which isn't deserved. After taking a 50% deposit, we waited weeks to finally have a fence built after we threatened to hire another contractor to finish the job. Home construction was delayed as a result. I wonder why we were offered a 5% discount if we were to pay Shawn directly, rather than pay the company. Not good communicators, do not update customers properly, do not set expectations well with customers, overall VERY easy to get in touch with but VERY difficult to work with. They took my deposit on 8/20/18, it's 9/5/2018 and still no fence. They made two trips to my house before realizing that we had steel poles already... now the install is delayed because they didn't realize we already had steel poles. We have a deposit on May 17, 2018 and still no fence installed and no return on our deposit . Shawn isn't returning calls and we would like to join anyone who has a lawsuit against this person and/or this company please contact me via Facebook. I have been waiting until last October for my fence to be completed. I have wood boards not properly attached and a lousy stain job. I can't tell you how many times I have called and been told a date when someone will be out to my house and THEY NEVER SHOW UP. Buyer beware. Next I will file with the BBB on this company. I am dealing with the Midlothian office on this issue.
