I would not even give these ppl a 1 star. Horrible customer service. The fact that I was a new patient and called the number that was assigned to me and then I show up to the appointment where the phone number matches the office and they say I was supposed to go to North Miami Beach. Then, the front desk girl doesn’t even apologize. She emphasizes that they don’t take my insurance at the office that it’s on my insurance card and then instead of apologizing she suggest that I make an appointment. I went to Condor dental for an emergency visit. I had an impacted wisdom tooth that was coming through and giving me some trouble. I told him i was traveling soon. He told me i had a slight infection and the pain was going to progress. Next thing I know he said not to worry. I will extract this now and you will be 100% healed before your trip. He numbed my mouth and said all done. I literally did NOT feel a single thing. I was so impressed with the professionalism of this office by all staff members and of course his skill!
