I called today after numerous emails that went unanswered. My last correspondence; I emailed Nov 2, 2021 with my Final registration on my condo purchase to obtain my $500 IKEA gift card. Finally, after 10+ phone calls a live person answered, refused to provide her name and hung up at 11:29 am today. I am posting this review as a warning to others, that it was the worst customer service and after fulfilling my part of the contract this was the the reply- a hung up call. I dealt with CONDONOW when I purchased a condo in 2018. The reason I went with them is because they had promised a $500 IKEA gift card if you chose them over their competitors. After completing the sale in 2023, I requested the promised reward, as did my sales representative. However, they informed me that they had changed the program to offer 1000 Air Miles instead, with an approximate value of $100. This appears to be a deceptive practice. Called for a condo, the price for the condo on the site is 363,900 for one bedroom, Called to buy one, the price is $500,000 but I have to act fast to get it....Their argument is below. If you do not control prices, then you should not advertise the price either.
