Solid initial experience from a local provider. But once there was an issue with an order, that was objectively the fault of Condon, I’ve never experienced a worse customer service response in my life. No ownership, no willingness to compromise, and quite honestly a hubris and rudeness tied to “having done this for many years” that is unacceptable in any business, not to mention one that relies on word of mouth and quality of experience.
