Solid initial experience from a local provider. But once there was an issue with an order, that was objectively the fault of Condon, I’ve never experienced a worse customer service response in my life. No ownership, no willingness to compromise, and quite honestly a hubris and rudeness tied to “having done this for many years” that is unacceptable in any business, not to mention one that relies on word of mouth and quality of experience. Family owned and knowledgeable about ALL aspects of the building industry from start to finish. I tell what I need and they either order it or give me my options. Gene and Tom Condon are the guys who care and can make it happen.
I have had the pleasure of working with Tom on many projects where he supplied me with lumber and other building materials. Tom's expertise and experience in this field are impressive. His knowledge of the industry and the intricacies of the lumber trade are second to none. Tom has the ability to consistently deliver high-quality materials at a fair price. His dedication to his clients is evident in the exceptional results he consistently delivers. Plus always great to support a family business.
