Unfortunately this peaceful community is plagued by an extremely disruptive tenant. They play LOUD music hooked up to amps at all hours of the day, are screaming at each other, slamming doors, standing outside windows at 2am, and having a constant stream of shady characters coming in/out of the apartment. They are creating a very unsafe and toxic environment in this otherwise lovely community. Disappointed in management. Their lack of accountability for their residents is disheartening. They’ll allow shitty bands to play all night with no consequences, disrupting basics rules of the condominium - without accountability, this community will continue to have problems and I’m bummed because it could be a pretty nice place to live is someone took just a little responsibility for the community they’re working to maintain. Renter discretion advised.

I would avoid living here. Property management has threatened to tow our vehicle out of our own psrking lot twice in a month. They also dont enforce quiet hours at all. There is a shitty band that FREQUENTLY plays ALL night long. Management has been contacted and the non emergency police line on a weekly basis just so we can sleep. We deeply regret signing a lease here.
