They should be called Not So Great North. Chris Buckley is a fantastic salesman, he made Great North sound like a dream, when in reality they are a property management nightmare. The GN property team has been causing more headaches and frustration than anything else. I have made phone calls during business hours, I have had normal conversations with the property management on some information and get billed for something that did not even occur. I reported them to the BBB and they turn around and state that it’s a law firm issue. The charges came directly from the property manager as a conference call which never occurred.
