Neighbors across the hall unit #3-7 have Cockroaches that are spreading throughout the entire building on the first second and third floor. Also the common areas as seen in the laundry room on the floor. I made the first written complaint on March 2nd to the property manager of Nashua Location (3 Louisburg Sq). They should be called Not So Great North. Chris Buckley is a fantastic salesman, he made Great North sound like a dream, when in reality they are a property management nightmare. Chris made a lot of promises that Great North could not deliver on. During the 60-day onboarding period there was little to no communication with The Board. The GN property team has been causing more headaches and frustration than anything else. I have made phone calls during business hours, I have had normal conversations with the property management on some information and get billed for something that did not even occur. I reported them to the BBB and they turn around and state that it’s a law firm issue. The charges came directly from the property manager as a conference call which never occurred.
