Nice enough place to live, but the condo management, New Concept Management is a dumpster fire. They are utterly incompetent, lack good communication skills, and apathetic towards their tenants. It took them a year to get the elevator fixed, they left a smashed parkade door in place. So, to anyone moving in be wary of New Concept MISmanagement!
Loud neighbours and neighbourhood (not the fault of building), front of building was unkempt and dirty, later on it was a construction zone. Elevator was extremely slow even with only 4 floors. Garage door was unresponsive and you need to drive your car over the wire on the floor several times to get it to open.
