CMS has violated my rights as a homeowner. I requested to review our HOA bank accounts and they keep making up excuses not to produce those documents. Additionally, Reina stated to me that I would be charged $25 for those documents when I already pay$426 a month for my HOA payment. This company charges our HOA for every single letter printed and sent to homeowners. They are the only ones making money here.
