I’ve lived in condos 22 years now and cannot give Yvonne and Dee a good rating. In the summer of 2025, the condos weren’t painted. We had no opinion as to the color, and we had to pay for the paint if we needed anything painted in the backyard. The painters took down the addresses and lights in the driveway. A year later, they have not been replaced or put back up. We get letters if a tree in the backyard touches the wall, or the leaves, and have been told we have 10 days (subtract 2 days for mail service) to correct the pro... read more

Hello, I would like to express my concerns regarding the conduct of Ingrid Farfan, the Community Association Manager at this company. Her professionalism is lacking, and she has consistently demonstrated a disregard for the community and its tenants. Ingrid’s behavior is characterized by rudeness and disrespect.
