We are a small condominium building in Southfield. I am one of the co-owners. I feel that we have received good service overall from CMA over the years with managing our finances and vendors. They have also kept us abreast of upcoming critical legislation that can affect HOA's. There is always room for some improvement from both sides (e.g., co-owner involvement and management communication). If you looking for a company that can provide stability, I'd choose them.
Our Condo Association is "managed" by CMA. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
We are an HOA in Livingston County with 120 members. We hired CMA about 20 years ago to do the heavy lifting, and they did not disappoint. They handle our AP, AR billing, collections, mailings, and other daily and monthly accounting activities. They provide insight and guidance when necessary which make our job as board members less stressful. We rely on their research to formulate many of our decisions regarding our community. My neighborhood is worse off because of these people
The people who work here are scum of the earth. They did not cash our check that was brought in person for our HOA, and then put a lien on our home, making us spend double for the fees their attorney added on. Do not trust them, and if you are buying a home that works with them, find a different home. They refused to fix the issue or own up to what they did.
