CFM does a remarkable job of keeping our HOA organized and on task with all of the legal and insurance requirements. We could not stay in compliance without them. They are efficient, competent, timely, responsive and fairly priced.
Our small (35 homes) community has worked with CFM for a number of years now, as treasurer I am the primary contact and have been super happy with the service! Cindy McGuire is especially great in that she has always been very responsive and keeps us informed of deadlines, Katrina as well with regard to annual budget, I don't know what we would do without these gals. I highly recommend CFM to any HOA needing financial management.
I have worked closely with CFM since becoming treasurer of our 55-unit co-op apartment building a few years ago. As a self-managed company, we rely on our financial documents heavily to build and follow budgeting and reserve contribution plans with slim margins.
