CFM does a remarkable job of keeping our HOA organized and on task with all of the legal and insurance requirements. We could not stay in compliance without them. They are efficient, competent, timely, responsive and fairly priced.

Cindy McGuire is especially great in that she has always been very responsive and keeps us informed of deadlines, Katrina as well with regard to annual budget, I don't know what we would do without these gals. I highly recommend CFM to any HOA needing financial management.
