As a homeowner paying a premium HOA fee, I expect a reasonable level of communication and service. Unfortunately, when I reach out to the HOA with questions or concerns, I rarely receive a response or any follow-up. I have even attempted to contact the manager, Andres Sorto, directly, but my concerns still have not been addressed and nothing gets resolved. Homeowners deserve better communication, accountability, and support from the organization responsible for managing our community.

Maria and her team at CA have been absolutely wonderful. Any time I have called or stop by, they are helpful, attentive, and take the time to address our concerns.
