Location promenade lutz . I’ve trying to reach the condominium association and HOA to fix the problem with the roof “ some shingles missing which caused leaks on the attic it been 2months with no action taken even, unfortunately still waiting for to be fixed, they need to work on there management this is unacceptable.look the water dedicated outside the attic
