Stay far far away from on this so called "management" they're ignorant humans that will nickel & dime you in any way they possibly can. And hang up on you when you call the office. An example, my entire condo building lost power & it took Condo Assoc 10 days to restore our power, which left us living in a hotel for 10 days & a $2,000 hotel bill. They still had the odassity to charge a late fee.
One of the best employees to work with at Land's End is Dayna C. Her service ethic is amazing and she gets things done. We have always found Dayna to be available and approachable and her manner with owners is friendly. She has kept us up-to-date while we've been unable to visit our property during COVID, which is a great comfort. Thank you, Dayna!! Laura
Pitiful, took over condo association I get a poorly written violation letter. I was told by board members it was an error however the company emails me like no big deal slow down. I made them aware they were incorrect an apology would work. I looked on the site for homeowners and The same violation entered the same day twice on my account however both were closed. No apology and their reviews are great online! No apology?
