I received the good news today that they no longer run the condos where I live. They were the worst condo association I've ever seen. They do not know what they are doing. The maintenance guys were the ones keeping it together
As far as interactions i've had, i have dealt with trying to call and file complaints with them for over 10 years now, getting harassed by them, blatantly ignored when calling to report issues, for but not limited to, issues of neighbors possessing tiki torches in their patios, rotating cars in guest spots, double parking in front of their garages and alongside garages and in firelanes, allowing children to play in the parking lots/streets, and even mounting of security cameras in their back patios, and fans above the fence ... read more
Terrible experience with this company for the last two years. There is a guy by the name of Mike who handles all of the residence complaints. He isn't a people-person. Mike is always looking for a reason to yell or start a fight over anything. Don't expect any communication from this company to plan ahead for issues like having the water turned off or construction projects.
