I wouldn't go anywhere else to find a condo. They are experts and work quickly regardless if you're buying or renting.

I was considering hiring this company to represent renting out my condo in downtown Kitchener.I’ve been trying to get a hold of this company and don’t seem to be able to get a response from emails or telephone calls with messages left. It seems that if this is the service that you get when you try to hire them, good luck once you actually do cause you’ll Get no communication.

I reached out to one of the agents regarding a property I was interested in, provided all my information promptly, and was hoping for a smooth and transparent process. Unfortunately, the communication felt dismissive at times, and I didn’t feel the experience was handled with the level of professionalism I expected. As a prospective tenant/buyer, clarity, respect, and fairness are key in these interactions, and sadly, this experience didn’t meet that standard for me.
