My condo recently installed their app. They have the worst amenity bookings UX I have ever seen. It's like their designers OKRs where to introduce as many steps as it is possible and than add a few more steps. Or they where paid by number of screens designed. It takes more than 10 interactions to book a game that you play same time 3 times a week.
The worst property management done by the Team, Ms. Nida Pervaiz, at 4655 Metcalfe Avenue, always starts on Monday with problems like no water at home, the elevator not working, etc. For complaints, if we call, we get no response; if we go in person, we get a very bad attitude shown to every person living in this Metcalfe building by Team Ms. Nida Pervaiz.
I had a call with Condo Control from overseas regarding obtaining some documentation. The telephone representative was so professional, a strong communicator and overall quite helpful. Best service I have experienced in a long time.
