Conditioned Aire is fantastic and I will never use anyone else for our HVAC needs. They are honest, professional and have very reasonable, competitive pricing. We were selling our home and had a pre-listing inspection done which showed everything fine with our HVAC system. However, once in escrow, the Buyer's did an inspection and one of the furnaces was not working.
