HONESTY! Front and center... I literally had another company (who gave me a 1-3pm window and came at 4pm with no call!)... come the day before and tried to tell me it was a $385 part with a $195 labor cost... when the fix was a $10 fuse + general house call fee... Conditioned Aire came at 2pm on the dot (with a 2-4pm window), professional, courteous, called me 15 mins prior to give me an update, and was upfront and completely honest about the repair! 100,000% would recommend to ANYONE out there who needs HVAC service or repa... read more
