The representative's visit was timely and the service was exactly what I needed. Austin was neat, knowledgeable, courteous, and obviously knew what he was doing. I would be comfortable using this company in the future for any additional work.
We had a need at our business to get the heating systems checked for potential leaks and evaluate what was causing extremely high gas bills. We got prompt same day service. Called at 9am and had someone on site by 1:00pm. Thorough job and excellent service. Highly recommend.
During the Pandemic our Air Conditioning System went out. Parts were very difficult to locate. Conditioned Air Systems came in and provided us with temporary units to keep the temperature in check while they located a unit for us. Due to the parts situation, it was going to be a while until we got our unit. However, CAS provided us with a higher grade unit at a substantially lower price. We were so grateful for Ian an Xiemena coming out and checking on our system for us. We were getting a high gas bill and we were concerned about a possible leak. They came right out, thoroughly checked our system and explained their findings. We would call on them anytime and recommend them in the future.
If there was a way to give 10 stars, I would. We had our ejector pump alarm go off in our basement, and this was 8 hours prior to the 2026 Ice Storm. CAS answered their phone with a live person (on a Saturday right before the storm) and were extremely pleasant and reassuring. I received a call back within 10 mins from the technician Cohen, and he drove from Gainesville to Cumming within the hour.
