Idk if I'm going to misspell his name, but Jonathan was top notch. The young man knew more about AC systems than men twice his age. He was extremely helpful! CA is an easy 5* I'll continue using them for quite awhile.

So much for 24/7. Was told I would receive a call. Not a word after 6 hours. Don't waste your time. Terrible Customer Service!

My elderly mother calls to get someone to come and service her unit. Unfortunately her unit went out in the mist of the heat. They are busy I get it. They told her 2 hours they would call her. At 1030pm they call. 🤦‍♀️ it’s too late and they would not be able to see. Then said I will call you around 1pm after she gets home. Around 2pm she calls to ask if they would be able to come and check her unit. Day 2 still no SVC. She called them to ask if they could come. They told her “They had 4 Very Important People ahead of her.”... read more
