My elderly mother calls to get someone to come and service her unit. Unfortunately her unit went out in the mist of the heat. They are busy I get it. They told her 2 hours they would call her. At 1030pm they call. 🤦♀️ it’s too late and they would not be able to see. Then said I will call you around 1pm after she gets home. Around 2pm she calls to ask if they would be able to come and check her unit. Day 2 still no SVC. She called them to ask if they could come. They told her “They had 4 Very Important People ahead of her.”... read more

Received a on site quote promptly after hearing good things. Price was fair. Reason for 4 stars is that my inquiry regarding 2023 2024 DOE energy star credits and incentives, and a request for a 15 seer or better options, remains unaddressed and likely overlooked.
Received a on site quote promptly after hearing good things. Price was fair. Reason for 4 stars is that my inquiry regarding 2023 2024 DOE energy star credits and incentives, and a request for a 15 seer or better options, remains unaddressed and likely overlooked.
The company does good work but make sure you keep a copy of your payment. I called the office and paid in full with a credit card the same day the work was done. I received a bill in the mail the following week for the work I already paid for. I had to call the office again, was given two lame excuses on why I received a bill, and was told I had a zero balance. I know my balance was zero because I had already paid!
