Jacob was very professional and got the job done in no time. This was an on call visit.
Jacob is an exceptional technician. Not only did he make sure that my air conditioning system was in top working order, but also paid extra attention to detail. He cleaned and polished certain parts, cleaned dust from around my closet door that I hadn’t noticed and explained everything he had done. I will definitely ask for him the next time my AC unit is due for service.
The service tech Tamir was very on time, professional and thorough. He was very friendly and explained the steps of the maintenance and what he observed with our system.
