Generally I am ok with service. Was a bit disappointed in the most recent service when I found they had failed to reinstall the contactor cover after inspecting the contacts. They did identify a failing capacitor, which I chose to replace myself and this is how I learned of the oversight. Insects could impact contactor performance without the cover.
Josh did a great job. Was very thorough and was very patient in explaining a few things to me. Thank you so much Josh. What a great job!!
