Keep in mind, Those selling their condo will always want to look at the reviews of the Strata management company. Seeing what I see here made my decision that much she is here to look elsewhere. The fact that there’s no response to those that have complained speaks volumes. The one good review that I read seems to be from another company. We've dealt with many Property Management businesses in the past and this is BY FAR the best one we have dealt with. Colby Johannson in particular was amazing to deal with. He was patient and knowledgeable about the buildings he manages. Highly recommend the cast and crew at Condex Property Management. Cheers.

We've worked for this firm for several years. The staff is fair and top notch. They hold a nice portfolio in the west end with loyal clients. I personally had the pleasure of working with Barb Whitlock. It is great to see businesses like these doing well and supporting their community.
