I am well beyond satisfied with my experience with Condesa. I finally decided to have my grandma’s antique engagement ring repaired after losing the diamond due to the prongs eroding over time. David & his team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and overall a pleasure to work with. They were able to successfully replace the diamond, rebuilt the prongs, & restored my grandma’s ring to its former glory at a fair price point. Came here to have a broken clasp for a chain repaired. The jewelry itself was not gold but I was hoping to have a more structurally sound clasp added to avoid damage. I felt a very odd sense of hostility and judgement from the team at Condesa. Yes, the work and the replacement was fine. Next time I will go to a studio that prioritizes the way they treat customers.

They did the job well. However, I believe it was overpriced for what they fixed (small link breakage)
