The new building "manager" Brian, wouldn't do anything about my windows that leaked like faucets. He is the most disrespectful Human Being you will ever meet. My kitchen faucet broke and he replaced it with a $20 piece of junk. Your rent money does not go towards any improvements. You will have a colony of ants in your apartment all summer long. You will here everything your neighbors do. Avoid.
My 1814 building has been a very quiet and peaceful place to live.
Management has been spectacular! Safe and Quiet home, have enjoyed the staff since first rst visit and apartment go through!
