We had a mix up on the time to start the project. If I had known they were coming at 7 am I would have been more prepared. As it was, my well meaning son visiting from out of state, sent them away at that time of the day. When he realized I had been expecting them to come, he called and apologized for being so rude. We are going to use them but the work is put on hold until we hear from Home owners association. We will update when the work is finished. Thank you
We actually didn't need near as much work at the initial bid--however, the people who came and did the work were not just in it for the money--they were upfront and told us exactly what they could and could not do. I guess my hope for others would be that the one doing the bidding understand better what he is bidding on.
