This place is very inconsistent I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone if their life depended on it. I had 4 different therapists for my kids. After doing an intake no follow up I had to call them. My 5 kids finally did a few sessions then all of a sudden the All the therapist disappears off the face of the earth. This happened TWICE with 4 different therapist in this company. They’re definitely a BIG waste of time. They need to be retrained on professionalism and communication with clients smh.
I’ve been going to this company for 5 years and i couldn’t be happier! I’ve had the same therapist the whole time and she’s wonderful, Anne is an absolute gem to talk to she’s very informative! I highly recommend working with Concrete Roses!
Do not go here. They are very unprofessional & will mess up your billing.
