Because a lot of items were on back order and cold weather, he started around November 2022 and finished in April of 2023. We had a few emergencies he came an hour and a half to resolve. Our hot tub stopped working and the tile continues to fall into the pool. We haven’t used the hot tub in months because it’s not heating properly. I also asked him to just drop the tile by and we would fix it ourselves but that didn’t happen.
