My experience parallels most of the other posts. Almost 4 yrs. ago now, Concrete Levelers replaced a large part of my driveway. Several blocks cracked during the 1st year, considerably worse now. Couple blocks sinking. I've been calling the company regularly for repairs. Promises, no one shows up or calls back. I've lost faith this company will stand behind its work. i had work done 3 1/2 years ago. it looked good. after 6 months the slabs sunk again. i have been trying to get them out to look at it for 3 YEARS & i keep getting excuses. there IS a two year warranty.
We had our driveway leveled and a couple of sections replaced and the cracks sealed with caulk. We are very happy with the outcome. The entire job was completed in a timely manner to my satisfaction and the customer service was outstanding!
Had Concrete Levelers even out my driveway where in some areas the gap was 1 1/2 inches. They came out and pumped in their solution and charged $800. After a few months, each place they had drilled their holes to pump their solution in, cracked. When I noticed the small cracks I immediately called Concrete Levelers and they said they don't guarantee against cracks, but they will send someone out to caulk all the cracks.
