Reviews are accurate. Contacted them. Got a reply once from Monty, IIRC. But no follow up. They need some sort of customer service/assistant/secretary to handle customers. They're losing plenty of business with the lack of communication. Not good at all. Website needs updating. Finding contractors that communicate well is already hard to find. This is worse. You'd think they went out of business or something. Probably the case at this point.
