The concrete job was good but the color was wrong. They didn’t listen to what we wanted and then they decided to seal with a high gloss - not at all what we wanted. Then it was too late. Our tan walkway and stoop turned pink. They did not offer to reduce the price or do anything about it. We didn’t want to go through the whole thing again so we left it. Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are committed to our customer service. After speaking to Ron the owner said he personally went out there three times and was on good standings with your husband. So we are not sure why this has come up now. Also the reason the project took longer than expected was because there was a hidden suspended stoop that no one would know till it was tore out. Buyer beware- I had my concrete patio and pool area resurfaced by concrete design of KC. After 1 month my entire patio area started to bubble and flake of, I called the company and they came out over one month later to try and fix the issue, with in 2 weeks, it was a disaster all over again. The owner's son Taylor, specifically told me via text that they don't "Guarantee" their work and there was nothing more that could be done.
