I had my EGD and Colonoscopy yesterday, 04/15/2026 at 0715. When I came in to register the Asian lady in the reception area did not even greet you or smiled. She was like a robot - called my name and said “your ID and insurance card. Fill these out back and front.” Then another Asian lady called me in the Pre-op and started to asked me questions and did not even bothered to introduce herself I have to ask her. Horrible!!! The worst receptionist I’ve ever had. Even over the phone, they were unprofessional and rude. If you don’t like talking to patients and helping people, you should find another job, Emily.
