Our family has been on the westside since 2010. Wanted to find a mechanic closer to home. Brought our VW Golf in for an oil change and to get a general feel for the level of customer service at Scott's. Visit included a discussion with Justin re a nuanced issue that only someone who knew Golfs could pinpoint. Justin gave great advice and was very professional.
